Directions for use
Dissolve 1 tablet per day in a glass of water (20 cl), preferably in the morning or at the beginning of the afternoon. Regular intake will promote satisfactory results. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Excess use may result in laxative effects.To be consumed as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.Keep out of the reach of children.
