Directions for use
Put a sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 3 cups a day.Tip: use spring water to keep all the flavor of the infusion intact. Store in a cool dry place.
