Directions for use
Place 1 sachet in a cup and pour over simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. Take 2 cups per day.Contains licorice: people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.Store in a cool dry place.
