Directions for use
Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Allow to steep for 3 minutes to allow the herbs to fully release their flavours, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity.Take 3 cups per day.Contains licorice: people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption.Store in a cool, dry place.
