Directions:
From 6 years old. Children from 6 to 12 years old: 1 capsule per day. Children from 13 to 18 years: 2 capsules per day. Adults: 3 capsules per day. Take one capsule with a large glass of water during the meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you follow anticoagulant treatment, seek advice to your doctor. A food supplement does not substitute to a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Store away from light, heat and humidity.
