Directions:
From 6 years old. Adults: 3 capsules a day. Children from 6 to 12 years old: 1 capsule per day. Children from 13 to 18 years old: 2 capsules a day. Swallow the capsule with a large glass of water at the time of the meal. If you are on anticoagulant therapy, ask your doctor for advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
