Directions:
From 12 years old. Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a large glass of water (200ml), preferably in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excess use may result in laxative effects. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should seek the advice of a health professional before any supplementation. Do not take this product in combination with other products providing vitamin D.
