100% Essential Oil of Organic Lemon Zest (Citrus Limon), Rutaceae.
Directions:
Do not use pure orally but on a neutral carrier (sugar, honey . . . ). Adult: 2 drops, 3 times a day. Teenager (12-15 years old): 2 drops twice a day. Child (7-11 years old): 1 drop 2 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in pregnant, lactating women, people with a history of convulsions or epileptics, people with asthma or allergies to essential oils. Keep out of reach of young children. Avoid contact with the eyes. In case of accidental contact, soothe with a fatty vegetable oil, rinse thoroughly with cold water and consult a doctor. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For any other use, seek advice from a pharmacist. Keep away from light, heat and moisture.
