Shake well before use. Pure: 2 tablespoons (=3000mg/j) out the meals, preferably during 10 days. Diluted: 2 tablespoons in 1 liter of water to drink throghout the day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not substitute to a varied and balanced diet and a healthy way of life. To use in maintenance cure: 1 tablespoon/day by cycle of 28 days (one lunar month), several times in the year. After opening, keep in a cool place. Keep out of reach of young children.
