Boiron laboratories have developed a homeopathic medicine based on birch sap extract at 1 DH. This is a solution obtained from an original maceration of the plant extract in a hydroalcoholic mixture intended to highlight the different properties of the plant. This medicine corresponds to the first Hahnemannian dilution, named after its inventor, i.e. 1 drop of mother tincture in 99 drops of solvent, in this case alcohol, whose dosage is 27% v/v.
Birch sap, also known as birch water, is collected by cutting through the bark of the tree itself. Its use dates back to the Middle Ages, the extraction process of which is always more or less similar. It is rich, among other things, in sugars, amino acids and proteins.

Like any homeopathic medicine, this solution requires prior medical consultation with a specialist who will determine the dosage based on the symptoms and physiological characteristics of the patient. It is taken orally after diluting the drops in a glass of water.
