Zelaceo by Boiron combines 3 homeopathic strains :
- Gelsemium 15CH: Gelsemium ( Gelsemium sempervirens ) is an ornamental plant, also known as Virginia jasmine or Carolina jasmine because it is a plant that grows wild in the southeastern United States. Gelsemium belongs to the Gelsémiaceae family. It has beautiful yellow flowers, but hides very toxic roots. The latter contain gelsemine, an alkaloid used in antiquity to combat neuralgia in particular. In homeopathy, Gelsemium 15 CH is traditionally used in cases of stage fright and anticipatory anxiety.
- Nux vomica 15 CH: this strain comes from the vomica tree, a tree that belongs to the loganiaceae family. How to take Boiron Zelaceo Stress granules?
Medication reserved for adults and adolescents from 12 years old.
Sublingual route
It is recommended to take 5 granules twice a day.
The doses should be spaced out as soon as symptoms improve.
The duration of treatment is 1 to 3 months.
