Directions:
Use hot for torticollis, muscle contractures and back pain. Put the cushion in the microwave or hot water and insert it into its cover. Use cold for stretching, bruising and haematoma. Put the cushion in the refrigerator or freezer and insert it into its cover. Read the instructions carefully before use. Do not use in children under 24 months of age. Never apply directly to the skin, hot or cold. Do not apply to damaged skin. After each use, store the cushion in the plastic pouch provided, and store it at room temperature away from light. Keep out of reach of children.
