Officinal sodium bicarbonate is composed of small crystals which thus produce an abrasive texture without being aggressive . The latter has the role of carefully removing dental plaque in order to preserve the protective film of the enamel. Bicarbonate also prevents and limits the various stains that can stain teeth, such as tea, nicotine or coffee which can cause yellowing.
Furthermore, its properties are such that it controls the acidity generated during the deterioration of sugars by microbes present on dental plaque and gums. It also helps prevent oral infections , such as mouth ulcers, gingivitis and cavities.
In addition, sodium bicarbonate is the mildest abrasive agent and mixes very easily in water. Its action will thus make the enamel brighter , without being aggressive with it.

Use as toothpaste :
- Apply a small amount of baking soda powder to the toothpaste, 3 times a week. After a few weeks, you will see your teeth regain an appreciable whiteness.
Use as a mouthwash:
- Mix a teaspoon of powder in half a glass of water
Precautions for use :
- It is not recommended to use baking soda in case of tooth or gum sensitivity
- Keep dry
