Directions:

Read the instructions carefully before use. 1. The patch activates on contact with air. Open the pouch only at the time of use thanks to the notch provided for this purpose. 2.  Remove the protective film from the back of the patch. 3.  Apply the adhesive face to the painful area on clean, dry skin and press firmly. 4.  The patch starts heating in a few minutes and provides 8 hours of constant heat. 5.  After use, remove the patch by gently lifting one end and discarding it. Do not use the patch more than 8 hours in a row on the same area and wait at least 24 hours between each use. Do not apply to damaged skin. Do not apply in case of heat sensitivity problem.
