Simply heat the bag in hot water or in microwave for hot action or place the bag in the refrigerator for a cold action and then insert the bag in its cover. Indications:

Composition:
Gel based on: Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Carboxymethylcellulose, Isothiazoline Mixture, Dye, Water.
Directions:
Hot action (thermotherapy): heat in hot water for 20 seconds or in microwave for 15 seconds. Cold action (cryotherapy): place the pocket without a cover for 2 hours in refrigerator. Do not use for children under 24 months.
