Doctor Valnet's Alg-essences baths are a bath preparation with algae and 100% organic essential oils. It allows the realization of a cure whose aim, according to Doctor Valnet, is to strengthen the general condition of convalescent people and to alleviate the consequences of sprains and fractures. It has also been developed as an effective diet aid.

Doctor Valnet's bath with algae and essential oils consists of two complementary products to use in the bath:
On one side, we have a bag of marine algae harvested in Brittany, rich in trace elements (Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium, Iodine, Iron, etc.), minerals, vitamins and other substances beneficial to our health and well-being.
On the other, we have a bottle containing a mixture of essential oils, notably Lavandin, Pine and Eucalyptus globulus, for their favorable action on the respiratory tract.
A bath treatment with algae and essential oils is recommended for people who are tired in general, intellectually, or physically. It brings them the benefits of thalassotherapy at home. Furthermore, the iodine contained in the seaweed sachet is also beneficial for people following a diet, due to its draining properties, promoting weight loss.

How to use Doctor Valnet’s Alg-essence Baths?
Place the bag containing the algae in your bathtub and run hot water to soak it with water and make the algae swell.
Fill your bathtub to the desired temperature.
Pour the contents of the bottle of essential oils into it.
It is recommended to carry out treatments at a rate of 3 baths/week.

The use of this product is not recommended for people with hyperthyroidism and/or an allergy to iodine.
