Directions:
For punctual problem : Take 4 drops, as the need arise. For chronic condition or old trouble : over several weeks, take 4 drops each day mixed in a glass of water or a drink or 12 drops mixed in a bottle. Diffuse it during 15-20 minutes or breath a few minutes 1 to 3 times a day.
