Directions:
- Elixirs & Co Sleep 20ml: Put 16 drops in a liter of water or 4 drops in a glass of water. - Elixirs & Co Sleep Treating Fragrance 30ml: Spray 5 to 10 times around you. - Elixirs & Co Sleep Roll-On 10ml Apply on the wrists, ears, neck. Avoid contact with eyes and lips.
