Directions:
Mix well 1 tablespoon with a large glass of water (100ml) then drink immediately. It is important to drink a lot of water after to accompany and ensure a good hydration (300ml). To take 3 times per day 30 minutes before the meal. An excessive consumption can cause a laxative effect.
