At night:pelargonium improves respiratory comfort and helps relieving the throat,the combination of melatonin and lemon balm helps you to have a good night's sleep by helping to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and promoting a restful sleep.

For 2 day tablets : Bulking agents (Microcrystalline cellulose, Cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose), Echinacea extract (Echinacea purpurea L. Moench) (800 mg plant equivalent), Elderflower extract (Sambucus nigra L. ) (5000 mg plant equivalent), Coating agents (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Calcium carbonate, Polyethylene glycol), L-ascorbic acid, Eucalyptus leaf extract (Eucalyptus globulus Labill. ) (222 mg plant equivalent) titrated at 2. 70% eucalyptus essential oil, Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Directions:
Take:1 white day tablet in the morning,1 white day tablet at noon,1 brown night tablet at bedtime. Administer by the oral route. Swallow the tablet with a large glass of water (200 ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement should not be a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Cannot be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to Echinacea. Do not drive or operate machinery within 4 to 5 hours after taking Melatonin.
