Directions:
Phase 1: Take 2 capsules A in the morning upon waking with a large glass of water. Phase 2 (from the 6th day): Take 1 capsule B during breakfast with a large glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. To consumme as a part of a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Not recommended when taking medication (psyllium). Store away from heat.
