Directions:
Take 2 tablets, 1 for dinner and 1 half an hour before bedtime, one-time or in a 15-day program. Renew if necessary. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for children under 12 years (valerian). Not recommended in case of personal or family history of hormone-dependent cancer (presence of hops). In general, it is recommended that pregnant and nursing women be invited to take up the attachment of a health professional before any supplement.
