Directions:

1 to 4 capsules per day with a large glass of water. Start with 1 capsule per day. A delay of at least 1 hour must be respected between taking marshmallow and medication. It is recommended to respect the recommended doses and to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. This food supplement should be used for short periods of time. Do not use for prolonged periods (maximum duration of use: 7 days). Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 12 years old, people allergic to plants of the Asteraceae family, in cases of bile duct obstruction, gastrointestinal disorders, severe dehydration and kidney disorders.
