Directions:

Shake the sachet before use. Pour simmering water over a teaspoon (about 2. 2 g) of the mixture. Do not exceed one cup per day. Leave to brew for 4 minutes before drinking. It is recommended to respect the recommended doses, to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice. Do not use if taking concomitant medications (including antidepressants, anticoagulants, hormone treatments, diuretics or any other medication that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance). Contains licorice. Do not use during pregnancy. Not recommended for children under 18 years old, breastfeeding women or women with a family or personal history of breast cancer.
