Herbesan Melatonin 100 Capsules is a Melatonin-based dietary supplement that helps falling asleep and decreases the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime to help falling asleep and by consuming 0. 5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of the trip and the following days after the jet lag.

Composition:
Ingredient for 1 capsule: rice starch, fish gelatin capsule, melatonin (1 mg).
Directions:
1 capsule per day in the evening before bedtime with a glass of water. Maximum duration of use of 4 consecutive weeks. It is recommended to respect the recommended doses and to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. If you have high blood pressure, cardiovascular problems or blood sugar problems, consult your doctor. It is strongly recommended that you consult your doctor if you are taking any medications at the same time (including sedatives, sleeping pills, analgesics, anticoagulants, antihypertensives, immunosuppressants, antidepressants, antiepileptics and hormone treatments) due to possible interactions. Not recommended in cases of liver or kidney failure and diseases of the immune system. It is recommended to avoid the consumption of alcoholic beverages while taking this dietary supplement.
