Helps to fall asleep and get quality sleep. For adults and children +12 years old.
Composition:
Bulking agent: Acacia gum. Passion flower extract (aerial part) (carrier: maltodextrin), Valerian extract (root) (carrier: maltodextrin). Carrier: Sepismart SR (xanthan gum, Acacia gum). Hawthorn extract (flowering top) (carrier: maltodextrin), dehydrated concentrated blueberry juice (fruit) (carrier: maltodextrin), Eschscholtzia extract (aerial part) (carrier: maltodextrin). Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate. Lemon balm extract (leaf) (carrier: maltodextrin). Anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate. Corn starch. Melatonin.
Directions:
1 tablet a day in the evening before bedtime with a glass of water. It is recommended to respect the recommended doses and to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for an extended use (maximum duration of 4 consecutive weeks). Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, children under 12 years old, in case of allergy to plants of the Passifloraceae and Lamiaceae family, in case of liver or kidney failure and in case of immune system disease, in case of simultaneous intake of drugs, especially those with sedative and antidepressant effects. Do not drive a vehicle or use a machine during the following hours after taking this product. Alcohol consumption is not recommended when taking this food supplement.
