Indications:
Peaceful sleep. For adults and children +12 years old.
Composition:
Fish gelatin capsule, Passion flower (aerial part) (powder and extract) (carrier: maltodextrin), Hawthorn (flowering top). Mineral: magnesium oxide. Valerian extract (root) (carrier: maltodextrin), Eschscholtzia (aerial part), Lemon balm (leaf), Hops (cone). Anti-caking agents: talc, magnesium stearate.
Directions:
Take 2 capsules per day maximum, in the evening during dinner with a glass of water. It is recommended to respect the recommended doses and to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Exaggerated use can have laxative effects in some people. Be cautious when driving a vehicle or using a machine during the hours after picking up the product. Do not use during the first trimester of pregnancy. Not recommended for children under 12 years old, pregnant and breastfeeding women and in case of kidney problems, women with a personal or family history of breast cancer (talk to your doctor).
