Directions:
1 to 4 tablets per day preferably in the evening. Start with 1 tablet per day. Maximum 4 tablets per day. It is recommended to respect the recommended doses, to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. This food supplement should be used for short periods of time. Do not consume over a long period of time (maximum duration of use: 10 days). Not recommended for children, teenagers, pregnant and breastfeeding women, people allergic to plants of the Asteraceae family, in case of gastrointestinal disease, biliary obstruction, kidney disorders or dehydration. If you are taking medication at the same time or if you have diabetes, consult your doctor. Avoid excessive consumption of liquorice when taking this product. A delay of at least 2 hours must be respected between the taking of this product and another medication. Keep out of the reach of young children. In case of lazy transit, drink a lot and adopt a diet rich in fibre.
