Composition:
Durum wheat semolina *, Vitamin B1. * Products from Organic Farming.
Directions:
Put 2 to 3 tablespoons (about 30 g) of semolina in about 500 ml of boiling water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the semolina into a sieve to drain. Check the temperature carefully before serving. For a complete meal, add a small jar of 80g Tomato and Vegetable Sauce or mix into a vegetable puree or soup. It can also be used as an accompaniment to meat, fish or vegetables. Do not prepare the semolina in advance.
