Directions:
Shake before use. 1 to 2 drops per day in one take, or follow the recommendations of a healthcare professional. Can be swallowed pure (directly on the tongue or in a teaspoon) or mixed with a semi liquid food, preferably cold (yogurt, compote, . . . ). You can take it in the morning, at noon or in the evening. Suitable for pregnant women.
