Bitter orange (60%), Lemon balm (30%), Lemon grass, Verbena (5%).
Directions:
Leave the sachet to infuse in simmering water for 3 to 4 minutes. Do not use more than 4 tea bags per day. This infusion is mainly formulated to be consumed before bedtime. Cannot replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and humidity. Keep out of reach of young children. It is recommended to respect the recommended doses. Not recommended for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Not recommended for people under anti-hypertensive treatment.
