Directions:
Adults and children over 4 years old. Gentle gravity irrigation: the bottle and the curved tip are oriented downwards. The solution flows into your nostril by gravity by squeezing the bottle with your hand. Intense irrigation by manual pressure: the bottle and the right nozzle are oriented upwards. The solution enters your nostril by squeezing the bottle with your hand. There is a refill box of 30 sachets for nasal irrigation.
