Composition:
Maltodextrin, Bulking Agents: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stabilizer : Cross-linked Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Melatonin, Anticaking Agent: Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids.
Directions:
Let a tablet melt under the tongue half an hour before bedtime. It is advisable to always take the tablet at the same time. Do not swallow the tablet with water. Let the tablet melt under the tongue. Take over a period of 15 days or occasionally. Repeat if necessary. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For adults only. Keep out of reach of children. Use only as a supplement to a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not consume in case of known allergy to any of the constituents. Do not combine with antidepressants, sleeping pills and other sedatives without medical advice. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not drive or operate machinery within 4 to 5 hours after taking melatonin. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
