Directions:
Reserved for adults. Use under the tongue, 30 minutes after bedtime:for faster sleep: 4 to 6 sprays;to reduce the effects of jet lag: 2 sprays the day before departure then 2 sprays on the day of arrival and the following few days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (6 sprays per day). May cause drowsiness. Use with caution when driving vehicles or machines. Do not consume in case of known sensitivity to any of the constituents.
