Laboratoires Lehning Méno-Nature 60 Tablets is a dietary supplement based on extracts of maca, bacopa, cimicifuga, OPC from maritime pine bark, vitamins and zinc.
Maca and bacopa promote emotional balance.
Cimifuga reduces hot flashes, sweating, restlessness and irritability associated with menopause.
Vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
Vitamins B2 and B3 help reduce fatigue.
Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity.
Zinc helps maintain normal bone structure.

Directions for use
1 to 2 tablets a day, preferably morning and evening with meals, with a glass of water. Recommended 2-month program, to be repeated if necessary (leave a 3- to 4-week break between each renewal).
