Toothpaste: Gently rub your wet toothbrush with hot water over the solid toothpaste. Very little toothpaste is needed to be effective because your saliva will multiply the foam. Brush your teeth as you would with your usual toothpaste and rinse your mouth. Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women and children under 3 years old. Deodorant: Wet the deodorant with warm or hot water. Pass the deodorant on the armpits to deposit a thin layer of cream. Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women because of the presence of essential oil.
