Directions:
From 12 years old. Shake before use. Make 3 to 4 sprays in the palm of your hands and heat the product by rubbing. Massage for a prolonged period (5-10 minutes) on each sensitive area and repeat 2 to 3 times a day (in the morning and in the evening), preferably after the shower or the bath on a slightly damp skin. Preparation: Place the oiled hands on the sensitive areas and gently massage in circular movements to make the oil penetrate. Calves: Place the hands in a V-shape and massage on both sides, going up from the heel to the knee. Thighs: Work the hands alternately, moving up from the knee to the top of the thigh. External use. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use in children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
