Iron present in the formula helps reduce tiredness. This food supplement is to take in case of frequent or occasional cramps after an effort.
Indications:
To act against cramps, during the day or the night. Occasional or regular use.

Directions:
In case of physical effort: take 1 tablet with a glass of water 1 hour before to avoid cramps or 1 tablet after effort as soon as the first signs appear. In case of regular cramps: take 1 tablet per day in the morning with a glass of water during 30 days.
