- Naturactive Organic Peppermint Essential Oil 10ml :Orally: To be poured on a neutral medium (sugar, honey, bread) or diluted in edible vegetable oil. Adults and children over 12 years: 2 drops 3 times a day. Children from 8 to 12 years: 2 drops, 2 times a day. No prolonged use. 1ml = 40 drops approximately. 1 drop = about 25 mg. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not swallow undiluted. Do not pour directly into water, tea or herbal tea. Do not exceed recommended daily doses.
