It is obtained from fresh apples, picked and then cold pressed to mash, to which is added a "mother of vinegar", a bacterium that transforms apples into acetic acid, the main constituent of vinegar. At the end of this fermentation, the vinegar is dried to obtain a powder which concentrates all the benefits of apple cider vinegar. The human body is composed of 50 to 60% of water, however, it happens that water accumulates in tissues, what causes a sensation of swelling and bloating. This water retention is particularly frequent on women, especially in period of menopause, and can lead to weight gain despite healthy diet. Directions:
Take 2 to 3 tablets a day during breakfast with a glass of water. For better results, it is recommended to follow the program during at least one month. Can be taken in continue throughout the year. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are taking medication, ask your doctor for advice. This food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
