Directions:

2 tablets per day to be distributed during the day with meals with a glass of water for at least 1 month. To be renewed if necessary. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for children and adolescents still growing, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people under anticoagulant treatment, diabetics or pre-diabetics, asthmatics, people treated with anti-vitamin K or whose diet is controlled for sodium, potassium or calcium.
