This food supplement presents in form of tri-layer tablet which allows a progressive diffusion of actives for an adapted assimilation by the organism:- 1st layer, brings an extract of Lemon Balm for a calming effect associated to Melatonin which contributes to reduce the time of falling asleep. In addition, vitamin B6 participates to the normal functioning of the nervous system. - 2nd layer is composed of extract of Lemon Balm to support the relaxation and contribute to a physiological sleep. - 3rd layer combines 2 extracts of plants reducing the nervousness, also in case of sleep troubles: the ballot and hawthorn. Directions:
Take 1 tablet one hour before sleep to take with a glass of water. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not suitable for growing children and adolescents, pregnant women or breastfeeding. Contains hawthorn, it is not recommended to take with medicines based on digoxin.
