Directions:

Take 2 tablets a day all at once in the morning with a large glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Contains caffeine, not recommended for children and adolescents, pregnant or nursing women and people sensitive to caffeine. Contains wakame: Excessive or long-term use is not recommended. Use is also not recommended in hyperthyroidism and in people on anticoagulants. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
