Traditional use of fennel fruit in infusion (1 to 4 g per day).
To relieve stomach aches, you can use essential oils: mix 1 drop of Coriander with 10 drops of sweet almond oil. You will massage the abdomen with this mixture 2 to 3 times per day.
DIRECTION FOR USE:
Infusion - 3 to 10 minutes
Pour one to two tablespoons of plants into simmering water and let infuse for 3 to 10 minutes.
Decoction - 25 to 60 minutes
Immerse the plant in boiling water and keep boiling for 10 to 30 minutes, then let infuse off the heat for 15 to 30 minutes depending on the desired concentration.
