Bulking agent : Microcrystalline cellulose; Dry extracts of : Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L. ), Eschscholtzia (Eschscholtzia californica Cham. ), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L. ), Hop (Humulus lupulus L. ); Glazing agents : Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose ; Spirulina concentrate (Spirulina platensis); Anti-caking agents : Talc, Magnesium stearate; Flavouring : Mandarin essential oil.
Directions:
Take 2 tablets in the evening 30 minutes before bedtime, with a glass of water. The dose can be reduced to 1 tablet as needed. It is advisable not to exceed the recommended daily dose. Pregnant or breastfeeding women: medical advice is recommended. Not recommended if there is a personal or family history of hormone-dependent cancer.
