Directions:
5 drops to be divided into 3 doses per day on a neutral tablet. Never take more than 2 drops per dose or more than 8 drops per day of Essential Oil. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Never take pure by mouth without support. To be taken in addition to a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For any other use, ask a pharmacist for advice. Do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with a history of epilepsy or convulsions, people hypersensitive to Essential Oils. Not recommended for people with asthma.
