Directions:
Place the inhaler 1cm from the nostril, block the other nostril and deeply breath the fragrance of essential oils, 2 times. Repeat the operation with the other nostril. Up to 5 times a day. Do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 12 years old.
