Indications:

Hamamelis distilled water eye wash for adults and children over 12 years old.

Composition:

Salicylic Acid, Boric Acid, Concentrated Witch Hazel Distilled Water, Borax, Purified Water q. s. p 100 ml eye wash solution.

Directions:

This solution can be used 1 to 6 times a day, for a maximum of 4 days. Wash hands thoroughly before use. Open the unidose by turning the tip until it detaches. Tilt your head back. Apply slight pressure on the unit to wash the surface of the eye by jet. For effective washing, the use of several doses may be necessary. If symptoms persist (irritation or dryness) beyond 3 days, consult your pharmacist or doctor. Precaution of use:Check the integrity of the single dose vial before use. Do not use a single dose that is already open or damaged. Single-use medical device.
