Wick: cotton.
Directions:
Take out the cotton to soak from the inhaler stick, carefully place about fifteen drops of essential oil over the entire length of the cotton, replace the cotton in the stick and close with the base. If the stick no longer smells enough, gently remove the base of the stick and add another fifteen drops to the cotton.
