It calms nervousness and calms the mind.
It contains essential oils of True Lavender, Lemony Litsea, Shell Marjoram, Sweet Orange and Bigarade Petit Grain.
Place the inhaler 1cm from the nostril, close the other nostril and deeply inhale the aromas of the essential oils 3 times.
Repeat with the other nostril in the same way.
Do not use in children under 7 years old, in pregnant or breastfeeding women, in people with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders and in people allergic to essential oils.
For people under medical treatment and in children, contact a health professional.
